The Department of Psychology offers a full-time program of graduate studies and research in experimental psychology leading to the Ph.D. degree. Applicants are considered only for the doctoral program--the M.A. is granted in the course of progress toward the Ph.D. Because the Ph.D. degree is awarded in experimental psychology, research accomplishments constitute an integral and essential part of the doctoral program.
